Real Estate Decisions With Your Move in Mind
David Keyte, also known as Dave Keyte, is a Principal Broker and the founder of Bend Relo at eXp Realty. He represents buyers, sellers and relocating clients in Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver and Prineville. The Bend Relo team has completed more than 600 real estate transactions.
David earned a Bachelor of Science from DePaul University, with a double major in finance and real estate.
Before entering real estate, he worked as a commodities trader and market maker at the Chicago Board of Trade, primarily trading corn and wheat. That background shapes his approach to pricing, risk and negotiation: understand the information, weigh the tradeoffs and keep the client’s goals in view.
For buyers, his work includes looking beyond listing photos to consider a property’s condition, location and fit. For sellers, it means developing a plan for preparation, pricing, presentation and marketing, then providing guidance as feedback and offers arrive.

Life Here, Beyond the Home Search
David’s local interests include mountain biking at Phil’s Trail, paddleboarding on the Deschutes River and Central Oregon lakes, and exploring Bend’s food truck scene. Choosing a home also means choosing the everyday life around it.
David and Molly are partners in business and life. Their work brings together real estate representation, relocation planning and careful coordination, while leaving room for each client to choose the help they need.
Start With What You Need Today
You can begin with Molly on a rental search, take time to get to know Bend and consider buying later. Molly can remain your agent if you decide to buy. David is another option for representation or additional market perspective when useful to you and Molly.
If you are ready to discuss a purchase or sale, David can help you compare your options, understand current competition and work through the terms of a transaction. There is no expectation that every relocation conversation needs to lead to buying a home.

A Client’s Experience
“They are both great people, skilled in their craft and a pleasure to work with!”
“We recently sold our home in Silverton, Oregon and had been doing research to purchase a home in Bend. Dave Keyte came highly recommended by our Willamette Valley realtor, Lacey Summers. I contacted Dave Keyte and his partner Molly McInelly early last fall and well before our Silverton home sold. We knew we loved Bend but we didn’t know where to start our search. We weren’t ready to buy yet but Dave and Molly were friendly, knowledgeable and intuitive. They helped us to narrow the neighborhoods which were the most fitting and within our budget. Dave’s greatest traits are his enthusiasm, positive attitude, ability to listen, a genuine interest in his clients, his professionalism and integrity. Dave and Molly helped us find the home we wanted, which wasn’t on the market at the time and they helped us to negotiate a fair price, good terms and he helped us to work through a couple of issues. They are both great people, skilled in their craft and a pleasure to work with!”
